Sleep well on your choice of 3 luxury mattresses. The space This lovely townhouse is perfectly situated mid-lake on a protected cove with views and immediate access to the main lake. The brewery next door usually has live music during high season. Feel free to relax and soak in quiet views of wildlife and enjoy waterfront access to the lake, complete with an assigned covered BOAT SLIP only steps away. The onsite boat ramp, beautiful lake views, patio, picnic areas, and sandy beach make it hassle-free to enjoy a perfect vacation with your best friends and family. Adventure out on the tennis court/pickle ball court or have all sorts of water-fun from quiet activities like kayaking, canoeing, paddle-boarding, wading, fishing, canoeing, or just floating on a raft to fast-paced fun such as wake-boarding, water skiing, tubing, or boating to one of a number of restaurants on the lake. Perfect for families and friends, the on-site amenities include a charcoal grill, high-speed internet, firepit, and a large screen TV. The high-speed internet is strong enough to support all applications including video conferencing, streaming, etc. Community amenities also include picnic tables, grassy lawn spaces, a sandy beach, and a tennis court (with 2 lined pickle ball courts). Sheets and towels are provided. Guest access Guest will be provided with a code for self-check in at the front door. Feel free to walk down to the beach access from the backyard. Next to the beach access you will see the boat launch. The boat slip is listed with the house number and it is the first dock closest to the brewery next door. Other things to note Restaurants, a tap house, and a coffee & ice cream shop are just steps away (1 block). Additional restaurants, a grocery store, ABC store, a brewery, a winery, a cidery, multiple marinas, and the state park are all very nearby. Important to note This is a pet friendly property so you may find pet hair. We always vacuum thoroughly and use a lint brush once pets stay but cannot guarantee we will get every piece of hair***
